Part-time Maintenance Associate

Maintenance of community, grounds and equipment, including testing and regular inspection of fire system, resident tracking system, door alarm system, HVAC system, hot water & circulation pumps, etc.
Ensures overall physical plant safety by applying accident prevention measures, equipment preservation measures and safe working practices.
Coordinates and provides on-call repair and maintenance in timely manner.
Assists with resident move-ins
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior experience in assisted living, healthcare or hospitality environment preferred.
HVAC preferred.
Valid drivers license/clean driving record.
Basic knowledge of Electricity, Electronic Controls, Air Conditioning, Home Appliances, Sprinkler System.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, construction, carpentry, grounds maintenance.
Basic knowledge of and compliance with OSHA regulations.
Must be safety-minded and demonstrate working knowledge of good safety habits

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
