Corporate Payroll | HR

A national wood products manufacturer is seeking a detail oriented, self-motivated individual who is a fast learner and takes pride in their work, for a full-time position with our Corporate Payroll/HR Team.
To be successful, the candidate must have:

Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to accurately input personnel data for multiple plant sites.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products - Minimum of 3 years' experience Excel, Word and Access (pivot tables, queries, mail merge and formulas)
Experience in Payroll Software (Optimum or PICK experience a plus) - Minimum of 1 year
Excellent communication, administrative and organizational skills striving to add value for teammates across the company
Great phone presence
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate great teamwork
Great attendance record
High school diploma or better
Experience and background required to function autonomously in the position, with a high degree of accuracy in all tasks

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
