A family-owned occupational health services company seeks a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to staff an occupational health clinic. Autonomous practice situation. Service hours 8:
00 AM to 4:
30 PM only needing coverage two-three days per week Monday through Friday. No nights, no weekends, no call. Work atmosphere is extremely low stress and very friendly. Practice can be tailored to your practice style and procedural improvements are welcomed with virtually no bureaucracy. Job Description:
ARNP/PA is responsible for reviewing occupational-related test results and conducting physical exams for pre-employment and special occupational purposes. Also provide primary care level workers' compensation care. Basic EKG interpretation, wound management (basic suturing, etc.), basic splinting, and other related skills occasionally required. The ANRP/PA will manage basic care for low and moderately complex acute and chronic medical conditions. Must be registered with the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners for FMCSA.
Compensation:
This is a well-compensated 1099 professional contractor position with many intangible benefits to the successful candidate. Liberal uncompensated leave.
Start Date:
As soon as possible. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
