Position is for Monday - Friday, 9 am - 3 pm (hours not negotiable).
Office is located in Bartow, FL.
Position will include office admin / billing clerk responsibilities.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining organization of general office flow and information; - Email correspondence; - Managing incoming telephone calls to front desk; - Faxing; - Working with Word, Excel, etc.
; - Basic billing duties through Medicaid billing system; - Assisting field employees with organization and work flow; - Filing.
Minimum
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent; - Ability to pass a full Level 2 background screening; - Basic computer and technology proficiency; - At least 2 years of office experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
