Our company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Office manager to work with the managing partner on running the day to today activities of the office as well as all aspects of billing.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with administrative tasks and possess strong organizational skills.
Hopefully the candidate will have worked in an law office previously.
The right candidate will have prior experience and be able to help this fast-paced, growing company.
Responsibilities:
Answering to the managing partner Doing tasks requested by the managing partner Tracking deadlines Tracking employee hours Sending invoices and tracking and calling outstanding appointments Dealing with office related adminstrative issues Answer telephone calls, screen calls, direct calls, take messages and transfer calls.
Handle routine financial transactions.
Organize office supplies inventory and order systematically.
Supervise receptionists, file clerks, and various other office staff.
