Responsibilities:
As the Veterinary Practice Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in establishing strong leadership, accountability, and growth within our clinic.
You will also be expected to contribute on the floor as a technician when necessary.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring legal and ethical compliance within the practice Overseeing day-to-day banking operations Processing payroll Providing support to the Inspire Veterinary Partners team Assisting with customer service at the front desk Addressing client concerns in a timely and empathetic manner Managing human resources Maintaining oversight of inventory Facilitating equipment and facility maintenance Managing accounts receivable
Qualifications:
Veterinary hospital management experience and a strong background in business and staff management Technician experience in a veterinary setting Proficiency in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, and QuickBooks; experience with Pulse PIMS is a plus!
