Assistant Event Coordinator will also be responsible for various duties throughout the planning process including but not limited to, vendor communication, client meetings, data entry, client management, research, d cor management, event design, etc.
Job Skills & Qualifications Have previous event management or wedding coordinator experience (preferred, but not required) Must be able to work weekdays and weekends Flexible Schedule Detailed oriented Positive Attitude Effective problem solver Strong time management skills Strong communication skills both written & verbal Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Ability to work on an assigned task with minimal supervision Must have reliable transportation Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Job Types:
