This position is responsible for managing single family housing projects under construction in multiple Central Florida counties.
Titan Factory Direct is a direct retailer for Champion Homes, the largest publicly held manufactured home producer in the country.

Candidate must:
Possess a working knowledge of residential construction, permitting, home site preparation, project management and warranty service management.
Be able to interact with customers, vendors, and management.
Have the ability to multi-task.
Be proficient in the use of Microsoft office.
Have a willingness to learn project management software.
Have reliable transportation, as this position requires local travel to job sites.

Initial site visits with clients Gathering bids from subcontractors Managing the permit process Maintain a timeline with subcontractors and clients Ensuring the projects stay within budget Ensuring that projects stay on projected timeline Come and join our winning team!
